CALL FOR BOARD MEMBERS
Neutral Ground is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, who are elected by the membership and oversees two, full-time staff members. Neutral Ground is currently seeking leadership who share our commitment to artist-run culture to stand for election to our Board of Directors for a minimum 2-year term.
Neutral Ground’s board is predominantly comprised of self-declared practicing artists or art’s professionals. In addition to contemporary art, Neutral Ground also welcomes diverse experience in non-for-profits, finance, fundraising, human resources, events planning, and beyond as contributing to the health of the organization.
Election of members to the Board takes place at our upcoming AGM (December 2nd). We welcome applications from any member in good standing who support Neutral Ground’s vision and are willing to commit a minimum of 10-12 hours per month to the organization. Commitments include attending board meetings, participating in committees, and providing support to Neutral Ground’s endeavours.
Please review Neutral Ground’s mandate, the purpose and role of the Board, as well as the responsibilities of individual board members in more detail, HERE.
