Neutral Ground Artist-Run Centre is proud to present one night only, a one night performance event at 2536 11th Avenue. one night only is a unique event directed by Regina artist Felipe Diaz and featuring performance and installation works by local artists Adam Budd, Allan Dotson, Blair Fornwald, Tanis Keiner and Anna Scott.
Beginning at 7:00 pm on Friday, June 28th, 2002, these artists will open the doors of 2536 11th Avenue for one night only in a spectacular performance event. Focusing on themes of abandonment, expectation and renovation, these six artists will alter the existing space, exploring the themes in a local context.
“I think that what is important about an exhibition like this is that the artists are venturing out of the gallery and doing things in an alternative space that is still open and accessible,” states Diaz. “This allows them to explore new opportunities for making art that is relevant to our time and space — at least for one night only.”
